performed at Town Hall featuring the immortal Charles Magnante as guest soloist. Bruce also performed with the orchestra at the Singer Bowl - New York Worlds Fair on August 7, 1964. The Accordion Cavalcade, which was sponsored by the AAA, featured a Who’s Who of the accordion world. The guest artists included Carmen Carozza, Joan Cochran, Andy Arcari, Joseph Biviano, Art Van Damme, Pietro Deiro, Jr, Anthony Galla-Rini, Charles Magnante, Tony Mecca, “Skeets” Langley and Miss Accordion Queen, Beverly Roberts.

From 1965-1969, while attending college in Missouri, Bruce toured the Mid-West with rock n’ roll bands; The Escorts, Doc & the MD's and The Broadway Clique, playing almost every weekend on college campuses or in night clubs and road houses.

Once back East, and now playing a Hammond B-3 and Fender Rhodes piano, his 1969-70 Jersey Shore rock scene experience involved performances at many area night clubs including The Pandemonium, The Student Prince, Mrs. Jay’s (now the Stone Pony) and the famous Upstage Club; jamming with stars such as B. B. King and James Cotton, and several future stars including Bruce Springsteen and Southside Johnny. And from 1970-73, Bruce traveled throughout the North-East with the then famous cover band, Waterfront, playing at all the “hot” clubs of that era.
